The project is part of Sydney Water’s $560 million SewerFix Program to improve the wastewater system, protect public health and the environment. The aboveground storage tank at 27 Sydenham Road, Brookvale, has a capacity of 18 million-litres and temporarily stores excess wastewater diverted from Narrabeen sub main.
